A |     (ECNS) -- The 6th Qinghai-Xizang Plateau Development Forum opened on Tuesday in Haiyan County, Haibei Zang Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China’s Qinghai Province.    Co-hosted by the China Tibetology Research Center, leading academic institutions and local governments, the two-day event brought together nearly 50 senior officials and prominent scholars from major universities and research institutes.        Participants held in-depth discussions on promoting long-term stability and high-quality development across the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau under the framework of the Chinese path to modernization.    Key topics included protecting the region as a vital national ecological security barrier, improving local livelihoods, promoting high-quality population development, integrating the development of national parks with surrounding communities, advancing rural revitalization following ecological relocation, and fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.    The forum aims to provide practical, evidence-based policy recommendations to support sustainable and locally adapted modernization across the plateau.     (By Helen Mo, intern Lin Qiaochu)                    。    TnB Global Outsource的董事Lily Tan（站立者）表示，随着夫妻共享产假增加，公司将不得不重新设计工作岗位。(图：CNA)政府分阶段增加夫妻共享产假，鼓励人们多生育。这一政策虽使为人父母者欢喜，但也引起了中小型企业在人员管理和业务持续性方面的担忧。据新传媒英文新闻网CNA报道，中小型企业对公司运营可能受到的影响感到担忧。
